This 2023 limited-edition English single malt whisky from White Peak distillery was finished in ex-stout casks that were originally used to mature Pedro Ximenez sherry. The stout was produced by Thornbridge brewery and imparts layers of dark fruit to the whisky. There are aromas of hazelnuts, filter coffee and roasted malt on the nose, complemented by cocoa nibs, prune and raisin on the palate.

Tasting Notes

Nose Creamy and nutty with espresso, chocolate-coated raspberries, smoked almonds, and toffee apples.

Palate Heaps of dark and dried fruit joined by more dark chocolate, coffee, and roasted nuts.

Finish Sweet and rich and smoky.
