This is a 15 year old blended Scotch whisky from the White Heather range, created by master blender Billy Walker. For this expression, malt whiskies from Speyside, Islay, and the Highlands have been used, alongside grain whisky. Whisky was drawn from ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead, as well as Spanish sherry butts, then blended together expertly. Following that, it was reracked into Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry, and American virgin oak casks.

Nose: Clementine, caramel, peanut brittle, and peat.

Palate: Soft coastal smoke, dotted with fresh florals and tangy citrus peels.

Finish: A slow build of coffee and toffee notes on the finish.
