Nose Barbeque sauce, leather, orange zest and some dark chocolate with a touch of salt. Taste Dark chocolate, caramel, cherry fondant, with that a touch of umami Worchester sauce and cracked pepper underneath. Finish Dark caramel, cranberries and chocolate with a gentle spice of cloves. |
