Tasting Notes | The nose is medium-bodied and punchy. There are notes of juicy barley and dried peels, notes of marmalade and crème anglaise with berry compote and a thick honeyed note. The palate is of medium-body with superb balance. There are notes of winter spice and rum, hints of barley and toasty cereal with plenty of fruit and esters. The finish is long and spicy. |
