Details  A short finish in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks has infused this peaty, medicinal whisky with notes of dark chocolate and sticky dried fruits. The palate brings bacon wrapped dates, nori flakes and stewed berries. Bottler Gleann Mor is keeping tight-lipped about the distillery this single malt came from, but those medicinal notes and ashy peat smoke might provide some clues.
