A 14 year old bottling of Glenallachie presented by the fine folks of Gleann Mor Spirits, who specialise in single cask releases with their Rare Find series.  Spirit was distilled at the iconic Speyside distillery in 2008, and racked for 14 years of maturation in a refill sherry butt before being bottled at cask strength with no added colour and no chill filtration. 

Glenallachie are celebrated for their sherry cask matured whiskies, so we're especially excited to try a single cask offering.
