As is the style for the distillery, this expression features whisky aged in an intriguing array of casks, including ex-bourbon casks, tawny Port pipes, and even casks that previously held 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry.

ABV: 42%

Nose: Exotic fruits, citrus, vanilla pods, treacle toffee and fig cake.

Palate: Madagascan vanilla pods, thick treacle toffee and chocolate truffles.

Finish: Maple syrup, dark chocolate and spiced gingerbread.
