Matured in heavily charred casks, Ardbeg Scorch is a spicy, intense Islay single malt released to celebrate Ardbeg Day in 2021. The Committee Release has been bottled at a steep 51.7% ABV offering notes of aniseed, fennel, and sandalwood complemented by the evident peat smoke.
