This Ardbeg single malt was distilled in 1975 and bottled in 1999. On the nose, expect hints of grass, peat smoke, heather, liquorice, leather and a touch of sea breeze. On the palate, the whisky opens to a zesty, creamy texture, with oaky notes, liquorice, caramel and vanilla, with a pleasant citrus accent throughout.
