A very strong cocktail that will carry the herbaceous and earthy taste of the Roku gin. The Lillet brings slightly sweet flavors that does well to balance the cocktail,
Ingredients:
- 2oz Roku gin
- 1oz Vodka
- 0.5oz Lillet
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass then garnish with a thin lemon and orange. Enjoy!
Roku Momiji Fizz
A cocktail created officially by the house of Suntory.
An incredibly refreshing citrus and spice cocktail that's perfect for a hot day!
Ingredients:
- 2oz Roku gin
- 2 ripe plums (sliced)
- 2 lemon wheels
- Sparkling lemonade plum
Instructions:
Fill highball glass with ice, add Roku gin & plum then top with sparkling lemonade plum. Stir gently for 10 seconds. Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.
Roku Negroni
A spin on the classic Negroni with the star being the Roku gin. A Negroni with a slight Japanese flair.
This is an overall fruity, refreshingly bittersweet rendition of the Negroni. Using Mancino Sakura Vermouth will accentuate the Japanese flair of this cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 2oz Roku gin
- 1oz blanc vermouth (Mancino Sakura Vermouth, if available)
- 1oz Campari
- Orange twist
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients (except the orange twist) in a mixing glass and strain into a rock glass with a large block of ice. Garnish with an orange twist and serve.
