The Five Virtues series from Tomatin explores the five elements surrounding whisky distillation - Fire, Water, Earth, Wood and Metal. That last one is the expression we're looking at here. Metal has been aged entirely in first-fill bourbon barrels, giving it a classically vanilla-forward flavour profile.

Nose: Sourdough bread with hazelnut cream spread. A touch of white peach.

Palate: A creamy mouth-feel carries melted butter, vanilla pod and a pinch of ginger.

Finish: Fizzy oak spices and Refresher bars.
