Nose Dried fruit, toffee apple, sticky molasses, leather. Spice provides warmth with cinnamon and clove. Palate Jamaican ginger cake, mandarin orange, liquorice, dried tobacco, and rich sultanas. Finish Mulled fruits, toffee, and sherried sweetness linger. |
