Tasting notes

Nose A sweet introduction, there are notes of icing sugar, creme brulee and custard.

Palate The peat smoke is soft and sweet, with notes of toasted marshmallows typical of the Kilkerran Heavily Peated range. Hints of gooseberries and parma violets develop over time.

Finish The sweetness lingers in the finish in notes of orange pulp.
