The Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask Matured has been aged for at least five years in previously used Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Bodega José y Miguel Martin, Jerez, Spain.

The time spent in these Spanish casks has imparted rich and sweet influences from the PX, which balance perfectly with the sweetness of citrus and the peaty smoke that are characteristic of Kilchoman.

Nose : Orange zest and citrus notes are prominent.

Palate : Fresh and vibrant, with a gentle floral sensation and nicely integrated peat smoke.

Finish : A wonderful balance between orange zest and Kilchoman’s characteristics.
