The Island of Islay is famous for its intensely flavoursome and often heavily peated whiskies. This new release offers a medium peated finish; the spirit takes softness and sweetness from Oloroso and specially selected Bodegas Fundador cask maturation. At 11 years-old it's a young spirit which delivers on flavour and intensity. |
