A single cask Dailuaine from the fine folks of Gleann Mor Spirits. This Speysider was distilled in 2007 and spent 15 years maturing, including a finishing period in a white wine cask. It has been bottled at cask strength with no added colour and no chill filtration.

Dailuaine's main focus is on production for blends, so it's great to see a single cask of this weighty, old-school style of Speyside single malt. Unusual to see a white wine finished Dailuaine!

Waves of vanilla fudge and cherry followed by raspberries.  Raisins, shortbread, some fruit and nut chocolate. Warm, sweet and gentle spice finish.
