The Daftmill distillery is located in the north-east Lowlands of Scotland and is a family owned & operated farm distillery founded by Francis and Ian Cuthbert in 2005. 

With notes of delicious vanilla, peaches and warm, spicy cream, this charming whisky from the Lowlands immediately lets you know that it comes from first-fill bourbon casks.

A little time in the glass gives it more complexity and character. Although distilled in the middle of winter, this Daftmill is the height of summer decadence.
