A single malt Scotch whisky from Caol Ila Distillery, distilled in 2015 and aged for nine years, including a finish in a first-fill European oak Palo Cortado sherry hogshead cask for seven months. James Eadie bottled this whisky at a cask strength of 55.8% ABV.

Nose Rich, earthy liquorice, bonfire embers, smoked bacon, kippers, roasted cumin and star anise.

Taste Earthy, smoky and creamy, with smoked pear, coastal brine, salted caramel and liquorice root.

Finish Long lasting and full-bodied, ending with smoked marzipan and candied lemon peel.
