Nose Earthy notes of leathery oak are softened by tangy marmalade, with whisps of woody spice and smoked tea. Palate Waxy citrus and heaps of oaken spice, with polished cedar, anise, and clove leading towards sweeter candied fruits and damp, smoky peat. Finish Stewed apples and more bittersweet peels balance hearty smoke and pungent, charred earth. |
