Nose: Coconut shavings, shortbread, apple cider vinegar (with mother), tonka bean, cat’s paw, lots of notes of base ingredients; barley sugar, grist and charred oak. Some green ginger wine and fresh green peppers.

Palate: Rainbow drops, petrol lawnmower, BBQ’d root vegetables, freshly cut straw, sourdough bread, more fresh green peppers.

Finish: Clean, malty with a burst of zesty lime

Nose: 1st press Olive Oil, brioche, creamed coconut, freshly ground grist, meadow flowers, mead, ripe pears, green gauge.

Palate: Gently spicey, white peppercorns, cloves, nutmeg, Robinson’s barley water, ripe plum, pear juice, coconut milk.
