Finish: Caramelised hazelnuts & pecans. High quality high Cacao content chocolate. Fig Jam & cinnamon.

Palate: Chunky & punchy. Earthy, meaty and full-bodied with earthy herbs; sage/rosemary, Sancho pepper, salted pretzels, grist, barley water, preserved lemons

Finish: Full-bodied with cured meats, candle wax, salt & grist
